For donors in the Netherlands

Deduct your gift from your taxes

Since its founding in October 2015, Omogolo Wildlife Trust has been recognised by the Dutch Revenue Service (the Belastingdienst) as a public benefit organisation, an ANBI. We are registered with the Belastingdienst under RSIN 8556 11 790.

Donors to an ANBI may deduct their gifts from their income tax or corporate tax.

Regular gifts

The threshold for regular gifts is 1% of your threshold income, with a minimum of € 60. You may deduct whatever you gave above this threshold.

Your threshold income is the total of your income and deductions in box 1, 2 and 3, leaving out your personal deductions. You may deduct no more than the maximum for regular gifts: 10% of your threshold income.

Recurring gifts

You may deduct the full amount of the gift. Recurring gifts have no threshold and no maximum.

To qualify for the deduction of recurring gifts, the donor and the ANBI record the gift in an agreement. With the form below you support us with a fixed amount per year for at least 5 years.

For businesses

50% of the profit, up to € 100,000 per year

Does your company pay corporate tax? Then you may deduct gifts to public benefit organisations (ANBIs) from the profit. The deduction is at most 50% of the profit per year, up to € 100,000. You must be able to present proof of your gifts.

Inheritances

0% inheritance tax on what you leave to us

A public benefit organisation (ANBI) pays no inheritance tax on what it inherits. Would you like to know more, or do you have a question about leaving a gift in your will? Our legacy page has all the information and a form to get in touch with us.

100% goes to the animal projects Donate to your chosen project

We work unpaid and our board covers the administration costs. Every euro of your gift reaches the animals.
